Brendan and Nathan are committed to equipping adults with the tools they need to confidently address youth mental health issues.
Our mission is to build mental health literacy and capability through evidence based mental health first aid training. We aim to empower individuals to recognise, respond to, and support those facing mental health challenges, fostering a culture of empathy, resilience, and wellbeing within the sporting community.
Nathan and Brendan are both current Guidance Counsellors in Qld, and licensed Instructors with Mental Health First Aid Australia. They share a passion for supporting young people and have combined this with their love for sport.
